Escape the fast-paced lifestyle of Hong Kong by joining our one-day, one-night retreat. Located in the peaceful, green areas of Hong Kong, this retreat provides a tranquil and beautiful experience, giving participants a chance to disconnect from the chaotic daily routine and reconnect with themselves.
Emphasising the importance of mindfulness, our retreat includes fundamental activities such as meditation, breathing exercises, and yoga. Through a variety of practices, you will have the opportunity to explore different techniques with your body and mind and discover tools to help you master the art of letting go.
3 meals and one night stay at the Kadoorie Centre are included.

Absolutely, we welcome individuals of all levels. If you have never engaged in yoga or meditation before, this is an excellent chance to give it a try. Our classes and workshops are open to everyone.

Our meals are vegetarian, but rest assured, the portions are not small. We offer flavourful and satisfying food.

Yes, the room arrangements at the Kadoorie Centre involve sharing with other participants. However, most rooms have two beds, and only a small number of rooms have three beds. If you are attending with a friend or partner, priority will be given to assigning you a two-bed room.

Yes, there will be designated downtime between the classes. The schedule includes several opportunities for relaxation and free time.

No, you have the freedom to attend as much or as little as you prefer. However, it would be unfortunate to miss out on the valuable insights and experiences offered by our workshops and classes.
