This retreat is for anyone who is curious about true holistic wellness and healing. During the retreat, you will dive into healing practices that encourages going beyond your pain and suffering.
The retreat will be intimate with a limited number of participants (6-8 maximum).

The holistic modalities weaved throughout the retreat range from trauma-informed somatic counselling, clinical hypnotherapy, Transpersonal psychology coaching, Earth-based practices, conscious somatic practices and more.

This session uses a soft roller and MELT Hand and Foot Treatment Balls for self-therapy to release tension, reduce aches, pains, inflammation, and improve posture. It aims to enhance athletic performance and overall well-being.
