During this 3 part series class, you will have the opportunity to try out various meditation techniques.
Finding the meditation methods that resonates with you is the core ingredient to a successful and lasting meditation practice. Additionally, you will learn basic breathing exercises to help with focusing the mind.
This class is great for beginners, people who have struggled with meditation in the past and for those who want to renew their meditation habits
