This day workshop gives you the tools you need to quieten your mind and make space for more peace in your life. You will learn the basics of meditation and the secrets to mastering your mind - skills that will benefit you for the rest of your life. 

This workshop is great for beginners, people who have struggled with meditation in the past and for those who want to renew their meditation habits

  • Absolutely, we welcome individuals of all levels. If you have never engaged in yoga or meditation before, this is an excellent chance to give it a try. Our classes and workshops are open to everyone.

  • Our meals are vegetarian, but rest assured, the portions are not small. We offer flavourful and satisfying food.

  • Yes, the room arrangements at the Kadoorie Centre involve sharing with other participants. However, most rooms have two beds, and only a small number of rooms have three beds. If you are attending with a friend or partner, priority will be given to assigning you a two-bed room.

  • Yes, there will be designated downtime between the classes. The schedule includes several opportunities for relaxation and free time.

  • No, you have the freedom to attend as much or as little as you prefer. However, it would be unfortunate to miss out on the valuable insights and experiences offered by our workshops and classes.
