What is Walk & Talk Community?

Walk & Talk Community is a free, judgment-free space where people meet to walk and share thoughts. It combines light exercise, fresh air, and human connection to help you feel better, no matter your emotional state.

What are the benefits?

Walking while talking can improve thinking and emotional regulation by connecting your brain and body. It's also a great opportunity to practice both sharing and listening without judgment.

Do I have to talk?

No pressure! You can choose to be silent or even skip a session if you're not feeling up to it. Respecting your needs is important too.

Privacy is crucial. As a participant, you'll be asked to keep all shared information confidential, ensuring a safe space for everyone.
