It all starts by listening to your story, mapping out your experiences and identifying the moments that have shaped who you are today. This step allows for a deeper understanding of your strengths, challenges and patterns of behaviour.

REFLECT

Next, you will reflect on what you want to become and what you wish to achieve in one or various aspect of your life, such as personal growth, health, spirituality or relationships. This part of the process involves creating a vision for the future.

PRACTICE

Then, I guide you through exploring various practices. These practices may include exercises, meditation, mindfulness, journaling or any other techniques that can support personal growth and development.
